Photographer's Note

I guess that this region, famous for its unique rock formations (popularly referred as fairy chimneys), doesn't need any presentation, at least for anyone who knows a little, even if vaguely, about Turkish touristic landmarks. It's indeed a very scenic place, one of those where none of us should have gone with an analogue camera on a group tour, like I did - I wonder how much I would have spent in films if I had go independently and with more time. Probably just to feel much frustration when I saw the results after some months of TE.

I am sorry for not being more accurate about the location. I confess that I only recognise the location of a couple of photographs that I made during my short stay. I am pretty sure it isn't too close to Avanos or the village of Göreme either. Probably batalay's guess about being close to Nevsehir is right

In the WS: a wider POV.
