I took this shot while driving my car in an old town on the beach in Lebanon, it was stormy and rainy and there was 3 cars behind me beeping madness but obviously I made it... and I made it through this tight alley without scratching the car's paint!!

Beautiful, "haunted" atmosphere, nice framing and composition, but I particularly like the "dark" light managment, that creates this special mood! Congratulations!

Waves and clouds are very good.
You should also try some night shots from Batroun (f/8, 15 seconds), the result should be spectacular.
