Petra, Petra, a pearl of Jordan... Really it means crowded place with lot of annoying beduins, who are trying to get some money from you somehow.
The only way to get out of that is to keep the face like in the picture :) It's been taken in Petra, on some rock.
Not sure it was made, probably accidental and historical work of time.
