Photographer's Note

Last week I posted a picture from the Givatayim Park with a glimpse of this bridge, the only bridge in my town.
This Saturday morning is the last day of the latest Corone-imposed lockdown in Israel, and what a bright daylight there was … two pers of bikers passed under the bridge while some joggers were up there.

A picture taken with my cell-phone on my daily stroll, cropped a bit from lower part, and the outcome has some vignetting effect I could not overcome.

Location from where taken is at 32.06555, 34.81215 on the map.

Ce pont passerelle est bien utile pour regagner l'autre partie de la ville coupée par la route.
De plus, celui-ci ne manque pas d'élégance contemporaine avec ces anses reliées par des élingues.

Hello Ike, Nice view of this pedestrian bridge and the bikers passing under it. You had wonderful weather. Was it the last day of curfew? In Warsaw something like lockdawn just begins.

Hello Ike,
I like how this photo combines depth, width, straight lines, diagonals and curves. These factors give the composition a fine rhythm, which is increased by the movement created (and easily imagined) by the cyclists. It was probably a good idea to crop a part at the bottom to get rid of unnecessary emptiness.

Hello Ike,
It is a very beautiful bridge and you present it nicely with the blue sky on the background.
Giv'atayim Park is intersected by a very large avenue but at that time it was still clearly cyclists area.
In the meantime you have already reached the last day of the latest curfew. We will start a new soft lockdown with curfew next Monday.

Hello Ike,

This is a good photograph for a phone.
The quality of mobile phone photographs is getting better and better.
I like how there are two opposing lines in your photograph, the road with the cyclists and then the bridge crossing the road.
You had a beautiful day and a welcome break from restrictions.

Where I live, the sky is cloudy and we have just gone into lockdown, to prevent the rising number of Covid cases. What extremes! Still, all precautions are necessary to keep this virus contained!

Ike, it seems that the life outdoor is starting again after the second lockdown. The first cyclists reappear in the streets. That footbridge has a modern design, it allows to cross the road by walk. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards

:-) this is the last day of lockdown in Israel.
Here, it's just beginning with the so-called lockdown. Nobody is taking this seriously I'm afraid. Particularly the younger people.
Anyway, beautiful photo taken with cell-phone. A bridge of strong determination to fight this Covid, put it in the gutter forever hidden, so the least.
The surrounding where you live, surely has a lovely peaceful vibe and a breath of fresh air. So naturally green.

I really like how the white structure of the bridge stands out from the blue sky. The warm sunlight was wonderful as well. Good timing to get the two cyclist in the foreground as well to add a bit of life to the quiet road.

Hi Ike,
brilliant scene from below the bridge. You had a wonderful blue sky which makes a great background for the white shape of the bridge.
Very attractive effect.
Phone cameras are quite good nowadays but in a bright sunlight like here a proper camera would be probably better. Very photogenic spot, you have to revisit it again. Although I do remember you have showed this bridge from other angles usually from above.

as with Malgo, i'm always a fan of bridges, so this is a welcome sight indeed. Its good when the main subject basically takes up the entire frame, as we see here, no wasted space. looks great and again, you know i like these everyday scenes from far away cities that are not commonly known. nice one
