This shows the interior of Shah Abbasi Mosque.
Farahabad Mosque is a part of Farahabad historical complex that was built during the Safavid period (Shah Abbas I) with the architectural style of Isfahan school. No historical inscription has been found in the building, but its construction is estimated to be around 1616 AD. The Farahabad complex, where Shah Abbas spent parts of his reign, included a mosque, a bridge, and a world-famous palace, of which only the mosque survives due to its popular location. This mosque is located 25 km from Sari and 2 km from the Caspian Sea. Wikipedia

Hi Ali,as I thought and had written, even the interior does not have rich decorations and colors as I have seen in other mosques built with the same style, really very old but perfectly preserved, this perspective is really very beautiful with a great 3D effect and excellent quality despite difficult light. Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ali, Strange Iranian mosuqe without any colourful tiles, only some decorative bricks in the ceiling. I like this composition with arches in arches. Great depth

Hi Ali,
Very well throught through composition with the arches through the arches. The characteristic shape of the arch in this region is well captured. The colors are not really present so I would be tempted to turn this one into black and white while enhancing the contrasts.
Very well done,
M

Hello Ali,
This photo makes a strong impression. It is very well composed with the deep view through the arches, up to the bright light at the end. The light is perfectly handled and the undecorated walls create a slightly mysterious atmosphere.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Ali,
I would often suggest that a view, like this, is slightly brightened, but not in this case! The subdued lighting seems perfect for the exploration through these passages of unadorned brickwork.
The receding arches create an excellent sense of depth and perspective.
You have given us a fine impression of this old mosque.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Ali, a well considered composition ensuring that the arches are lined up so that we can see right through to the far window.
I assume that it has been stripped of its former decoration?
The brickwork is beautifully constructed.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello Ali,
I've never been to Sari or the Caspian Sea.
The photo was well taken with the various doors and arches visible one behind the other.
Best regards, Paul
