According to the Tsensim news agency of Behshahr, the historical collection of Abbas Abad is one of the most important and largest historical gardens in Iran, located 9 km from Behshahr city, in the range of Alborz mountains and among the forests.
Iranian gardens have been registered at the UNESCO World Heritage List.

This historical complex includes Abbasabad dam, reservoir and dam lake, Golbagh, palace, bath, blue mill and two brick towers built by Shah Abbas I Safavid in the years 1020 and 1021 AH in a place previously known as Khargaran, and in Now it is considered the most important non-desert garden in Iran.

Its area is close to 500 hectares. The lake dam with a capacity of 600 thousand cubic meters is of reservoir type and the wall of the dam is from Sarouj. The dam is the cultural heritage of Iran, number 745, among the historical and cultural monuments of Iran.

Natural Lake Abbas Abad

Abbas Abad Natural Lake with an area of ​​10 hectares with a mansion in the center of it, which is underwater during the dewatering of the lake with a height of 18 meters and only its roof with shrubs is visible.
