Photographer's Note

Turned this one into black and white to give that oppressive feel and the need to get the harvest in. Another shot that either the object has the right light level or the sky. Here I chose the sky and silhouetted the combine. However graduated grey filters would have made the sky and foreground with correct levels of exposure.
I also oversharpened to get a grainy feel to this one.
This crop of wheat was the last, which was the milling wheat rather then the feed wheat. Don't ask me why the milling wheat is the last to be harvested but I suspect its to do with the amount of moisture in the grain (its got to have a lot less apprently)
