Photographer's Note

If you ever happen to come to Edinburgh do not forget to climb the Calton Hill located on the East End of Princes Street. That`s one of the most popular places for evening walks and the easiest way to see the panorama of Edinburgh. It`s a really good point for shooting Princess Street or Edinburgh Castle.

Looking further to the south there's the outstanding Old Town as you can see on this picture. All these buildings seem to be the one long wall with the North Bridge as the entrance to the Old Town. Looks very impressive, especially if you are lucky to catch a nice morning or evening light. That on my picture is not bad, but since you can see really amazing light in Edinburgh once in a while, the hunting is still on :-)

Hope the shot is not too dark on your screen and you like it as well!

More views from Scotland in my theme: "Flower of Scotland".
Thanks for visiting.
