Photographer's Note

Hello Everyone,

This time of year, we all see daffodils, waving their golden heads and reminding us that spring has sprung and the days will get longer and warmer! (Well, in the northern hemisphere!)

I took this photograph in Alnwick, where vast stretches of open fields stretch away from the castle. The different types of daffodils make coloured patterns on the grassy slopes. I cannot imagine how many bulbs it has taken to create this effect!

In the w/s, I will show the flowers much closer.

I hope you have had a good Easter. I saw my grandchildren, for the first time this year, and we were able to have a grand Easter Egg hunt around the garden, Bev :-)
