Photographer's Note

We recently visited Caudwell's Mill at Rowsley; this is the mill dam.
I was drawn to the walls of this building with their faded colour and corrugated texture.

Caudwell's mill is a unique Grade II listed historic roller flour mill.Powered by water from the river Wye, one or more mills have stood on this site for at least 400 years.
The building seen here is obviously not an original building, the main mills were to the side and behind me, built of solid stone.

Taken on my iphone.

Thanks for looking.
