Hi Andre,
When old London meets new London...
Just a great picture at blue hour. The long exposure gives a fuzzy aspect to the water and the clouds. Nice light over Tower Bridge.

Delphine

Beautiful colors and good light management. I like very much the composition of all the elements in this picture, too. Tower Bridge is one of the most frequently photographed landmarks in London, but you showed it in a new, interesting way. Great work!

Hello Andre,
it`s nice to see you posting again, here the long exposure has given a silky, almost luminous effect to the water and enhanced the attractive pink/blue tones of the evening sky.
The well chosen view point works ever so well by including the Shard behind the Bridge.
Best regards Les.

Excellently composed and wonderful soft tones in the sky and in the water.
You present us a beautiful combination of old and new architecture. But all are fantastic landmarks in London.

Hi Andre
a beautiful combination of great icons from through time, Tower bridge of course makes a stunning study for photography, but this view with the stunning colors and the shard behind is really wonderful. I have never seen the shard from this angle before, it is a hugely impressive building. Beautiful photo, thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Hi Andre
Wow, I posted photo from andré! it's too bad we don't get to see many many many more photos from you, perhaps you're too tired of Te and you want to move on to something different? For now we can just all enjoy this one here.
my own mind has London ever changed and continues to change. What I like about London is how there's such a fine contrast between new modern architecture and historic architecture, and we see both of that here.
and yeah of course the colors exposure lighting composition it all looks very beautiful. There's not much I could really critique about the photo itself other than saying it inspires me to go back to London and grab the same photo haha.
hope all is well on your side of the earth . Good to see you.
cheers

Jean

welcome back Andre. Special light both manmade and natural creates a memorable impression. The 15 second exposure has given you a lovely "frozen" look of the water with beautiful reflections. Regards. Klaudio.

Hello Andre
Welcome back! And you've brought us a cracking shot too. The long exposure has created lovely effects in the water, and an interesting blurring of the clouds. Gorgeous colours of course. Did you meet any TE punters when you were in the UK? Hope so!

Hello Andre,
the water, the boats and the clouds seem to be moving, you chose a great angle for a neat, comprehensive and interesting composition and the movement also connects the famous structures and buildings. There's a rich play of lights and effective highlights that attract our attention to many spots around the frame and make the visual experience so rewarding. I wonder if the pier on the right is a little too dark but maybe an intervention would cause imbalance. I also like the sense of space and the violet hues wrapping up the whole city view. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,
Ourania

Hi Andre
Beautiful "pink hour" image! The colours are incredible. I love the way long exposure blurred the clouds and made water look smooth. Great composition with the Shard perfectly placed - I haven't yet got any photos of that new(ish) landmark even though I live so close to London!
Greetings from Slovenia!

Amicalement

Hello Andre - Good to see you posting again and with a finely managed and beautifully tinted London scene. I like the way you have composed this with the towers across the sky well balanced and 'unconfused'. An elegant piece of work.

Hi Andre,
Exceptional sharpness with nice reflections and good color and saturation. The long time exposure has given a silky texture to the motion blurred water of the Thames, and the starburst lights look great. The sunset colors of pink and orange contrast well against the blue tones to give a fantastic warm cold color contrast. Tfs.
