Photographer's Note
This image was "stitched" from 4 separate photographs. Taken from the top of the Spinnaker Tower in Gunwharf Quays, I was initally concerned about the reflections, but was unable to do anything about it, and now feel that somehow they enhance the image: at least add a slight edge of the surreal to the sea.

Hello Will,
This is a fine photograph and, like yourself, I think the reflections do add a little something to the image rather than detracting from it.
But, oh, how much better this would appear were it a good bit bigger. We would then be able to see much more detail (and I'm sure there's lots more detail there too if this was constructed from four separate images).
There is, in fact, a feature here on TE which allows you to post larger panoramic shots. It's all a little complex but you can read about it if you go to the TE Links at the bottom of any page here. Click on "About" then "FAQ" then go to paragraph 12 and it tells you (though not very clearly) how to do it. For instance, if you look at this picture - one of mine from Corfu a couple of years ago - you can click on the image itself or click in the righthand box on "Large Image" and it takes you to a bigger panoramic picture which displays a lot more detail. I believe you can go up to a width of 4000 pixels with the full-size image though the file size must not be more than 400Kb.
All quite complex, but worth a try, especially in the case of a fine picture such as this.
Kind Regards,
John.
