Photographer's Note

As I was sorting my archives I found a few photos I took on my cousin Séverine marriage with a very friendly english boy called Tim in Leeds exactly 5 years ago. To drive the guests from the hotel situated in Leeds suburbs (in Morley if I remember well) to Leeds Town Hall for civil marriage, they had rented an old Royal Blue Coach Services company bus. This company was a coach operator in south and west of England from 1880 until 1986. The bus we tooks was a Bristol L6A that was put in service in 1948. The old vehicle was terribly noisy, not very comfortable and had difficulty on inclined roads, but its beauty and its charm made it a very good souvenir of this marriage ! The workshop shows a whole view of the bus in front of Leeds Town Hall.
