Photographer's Note
Arthur Miller's play All My Sons is playing at the Apollo theatre, Shaftsbury Avenue. Spotted this from in front of the Gielgud Theatre where the musical Hair is running.
The two men are on a balcony above the street.

Hello Bev,
Now is this sharp or is this sharp??
A fabulously sharp and detailed photograph. Wonderful, considering that this was probably taken, like your other impromptu street photographs, "on the hoof" and with little time to spare to fiddle around with camera settings.
Fabulous detail, excellent composition, perfect exposure, good colours. What else? Oh, yes, and an interesting note too!
Excellent!
Best Wishes,
John.

Hello Bev,
Another proof of your talent for discreetly good humoured observations. I love the juxtapositions of two large heads and two small, of the acting couple and their "sons" on the balcony.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Bev,
You've chosen a very clever vantage point, the billboard for the film draws the observer, and with the two men on the balcony, there is another dimension. It's good that they are oblivious to the photographer, as a non-pertubative observer. The subdued colors, the resolution, the composition are all excellent.
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hi Bev
you detected a good picture including an advertissement and the 2 young boys, who ARE the sons! I would have cropped to remove the left part.
Kind regards

Hello Bev,
I like that play since my university studies and this photo has a very interesting atmosphere emphasized by the slightly sepia tint...very nice.
Have a nice day, Ivana
