Another June sunset, a photo from East Lothian, Scotland

Photographer's Note

In June and July, Dunbar often gets long periods of weather which produces splendid sunsets. This was taken about 24 hours after the one I posted yesterday. This is looking NW shortly after 2100 GMT. In workshop is a view looking west at 1600 GMT today; the sun has already set.

Hi Winifred,
It is really very nice to get this reminder of a late summer night, now when we are appoaching the longest night and we hardly see the sun at all. But in six months we are back again to these light nights. We have only two weeks left to the winter solstice...

Another beautiful sunset, the clouds pattern is fantastic! The dark foreground (we can distinguish the elements... which is good, very well done) emphasizes even more the beauty of the sky. Bravo!
