Photographer's Note
Just outside Uig, in northern Skye, is a strange landscape of steep but not very large hills, mysterious pools and ruined stone houses. A small road winds its way between the hills and we stopped to clamber around and explore. It was an amazing place that felt very distant from the human world. This shot shows a ring of stones that has probably been made in recent years by visitors, but it is in keeping with the atmosphere of the place.

Hi Theo
well this is a different kind of post. Very dark image that propably won't earn you many points. Anyhow I think it's interesting. It's a cool place and I felt curious to see it as I saw the photo.
I'd say that it's the white figure that "saves" the photo technically. Shooting at night is difficult .. so you did fine in this sence. The composition is fine too.
