Fitzalan Chapel

Another photo from my school trip to the south of England. One morning we visited Arundel Castle in West Sussex, not far from Brighton. The sun was slowly chasing the clouds away, while we were taking a stroll in the castle grounds.

Seen here is Fitzalan Chapel on the western grounds of Arundel Castle. The chapel is divided in a Catholic and an Anglican area, the Catholic one being the private mausoleum of the Dukes of Norfolk, who have owned Arundel Castle for over 400 years. A tulip festival with over 18,000 tulips was being held in the gardens.
