Photographer's Note
I took this shot whilst on a photography course. It is of the library in Newcastle. it was a strange day weather wise one minute the sky was clear then a block of clouds would come over.
I wanted to make the most of the clouds and the glass to give a different view point hence the low POV for the shot.

Hi Chris
like this shot! It is a superbly chosen POV and the use of B&W makes it all the more effective as it makes the building look almost hollow. Executed perfectly and presented originally. Well done.
Have a good week - regards Brian.

Hello Chris,
Very good POV and great timing, since the cloud makes the overall picture very atmospheric. Apart from that, good handling of light and clear frame. Quite inspired and impressing, overall. Bravo!

Hello Chris
I love the graphic strength of this composition, and the monochrome treatment allows us to concentrate on form and line. Tantalizingly almost symmetrical! Good work.

Hi Chris,
This is a really great execution of modern architecture done in black & white. Love the perspective here, this upwards angle makes for a really strong composition. it goes without saying that the monochrome packs a graphic effect...but there, I said it anyway! :) Your timing was perfect to capture the clouds the way they're laid out, they add not only shape but wonderful contrast to the mirrored facade. Keen observation and creative arrangement. Very well done. Have a great day.
Cheers,
Jason

Hi Chris
Yes I agree - Barcelona is an amazing city - I want to go back there soon.
I like this shot - nice graphic abstract structure with great clouds sitting right on the apex. Well composed.
