Photographer's Note
Three views of the Russian four-masted bark Sedov nar the starting line of the 1993 Cutty Sark Tall Ships Race Newcastle-Bergen:
- the first two views display the ship approaching us;
- in the main post, the ship is side to side. The framing is far from perfect, but it showxs the unusual length of the ship, which was untill recently the biggest sailing ship in the World, who is 117 meters long.
For more details, see my 1990 travelogue dedicated to a cruise on that ship.
NB: The current hull painting is now black since 2006 or 2007, but she was white untill then.

This is a huge ship. It is very impressive. How many people make her crew?
It is an excellent shot, showing a wide view of the ship. I like the small dwarfs around her. Well done.
