It would be interesting to see this without the bench too - just the mist and the ghostly figure of the litter-picker.
It works well with the bench though. I like the contrast between it's solidity and the mistiness in the rest of the image.

This is wonderful, Casper.
Beautiful in its simplicity. The bench is perfectly placed and I love the way the man is JUST visible in the mist. B&W was perfect for this, too. I really like this shot. Very well done! Many thanks and kindest wishes,

Casper,
This is a very good depiction of life that goes on before many of us are out of our warm bed, we sometimes take it for granted that the trash and mess that people made on the street, the offices, the shopping more or square, they just disappear into thin air and the next day, it nice and clean again. I sometime stay late at work to actually got to know a few the cleaning crews. I like this in b&w, timeless, the mist and fog obscure our vision from seeing him to clearly, and maybe some like to keep it that way...Thanks to those who clean up after us while we are still tugged inside our warm bed.

Hello Casper, that's one exquisite shot, mate, subtle to breaking point, mate... The bench would have been grand by itself, but the lone, ghostlike figure of the cleaner in the fog... wow!

Minimalist, but I have always like fog views, and the ghostly shape of the litter picker, just barely visible in the fog, makes a very sucessfull catch. Well done,
