Photographer's Note

Southwold Harbour is on the River Blyth to the south of the town. It caters mainly for fishing and small pleasure boats. Across the river lies the attractive village of Walberswick.

There is a rowing boat ferry here but it only works in the summer months.

Southwold is a popular seaside town with its colourful rows of beach huts, sandy shore and its newly restored pier.
