Photographer's Note

This is a photograph of the Chalice Well situated near the foot of Glastonbury Tor in England. The Chalice Well is one of the oldest continuously used holty wells in Britain. Archaeology has shown that the Spring was used by prehistoric tribes who inhabited this land.

The water runs red because of iron oxide deposits.

Hello Anne,
Such a pity your image is so small... You have to know that you are allowed up to 800 pixel wide.
And that would certainly give us a much better understanding of your image.
