Good Morning Everyone,

Art from the Himalayan Sculpture Park.

This wooden sculpture seemed so pleasing in its setting and simplicity; it was easy to miss because it matched the trees so well!

I immediately wondered if I could achieve something similar in my garden but ... the wood was so precisely matched!

Depending on how you viewed the trees, the sculptures became dresses, pants, boots or whatever your imagination conjured up.

How good that art stirs the imagination so well!

Hi Bev,this place is really full of surprises, i had never seen anything like it. It is interesting to know that depending on the perspective, the imagination causes different visual effects. This is a surprise. I have never seen any sculptures like these before. The artist had a truly original idea. We see two adorned trees here, so I wonder if there were more of them. I could easily imagine several variations on this theme. I only hope they didn't damage the trees. It's a very interesting and well taken photo. It's well balanced and the colours are perfect.

Hi Bev,

The length of the area is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the sculptures around the trees. The light is giving good colors output. Have a nice day.

I can not see the construction of the wood blocks.
Maybe must this construction because glued!

Besides being an art-elements, those pieces of wood around each trunk can be a good "protector" for the trees. That's what i first had in mind whenseeing this picture.
Also, a very elegant simple designed cubes.

Are you sure that this is not a forest with trees unknown to date? :)
I think these works of art can become ideal habitats for animals, especially insects.
I notice that where I live, 'bee and insect hotels' are being set up in certain places. They look slightly different but also consist of logs stacked and with sufficient spaces in between for the animals. This is to give bees and insects some living space because their habitat is becoming more and more endagered.

Those are some really nice works of art with all the pieces of wood surrounding the trees. The reddish sides look very nice as well as they are lit nicely by the fine sunlight. Well done.

Hello Beverley, more unusual artwork in a beautiful natural setting.
I would love to know what sparked the artist’s imagination to create this display.
Having two trees within the frame allows us to compare the different designs.

I like this piece of art very much. It is quite unique. Just like you managed to hide your copyright in a subtle way. By the way, do you know the TV series 'The Umbrella Academy'? Similar solutions appear every time there. I mean how they hide the main title.

Hi Bev,
after seeing your photos from this charming destination I gave it a thought. Yesterday the forecast was ok so we wanted to go for a trip but the forecast was better for the north so we venture north instead.
Quite a peculiar structure here. I wonder whether they can have some practical application like the beehive or a box for owls?

a curious and never seen specie of sculpture. nice visual impact mixing art and nature.
at this moment a group of wild parrots (not real ones) are flying around here. I tried to take photos but the sky is dark and they are far. they invaded my town in these last months, we never had seen them before here.
