Photographer's Note

One from Happisburgh in Norfolk, taken just before sunrise.

This part of the coast is constantly being hammered by the North Sea, and consequently errosion is big problem. The beach is covered in several layers of sea defences and the crashing waves make it an exciting place to photograph.

This is one of the first shots I took there, and I was having real trouble getting my eye in composition-wise, as the beach is just crammed full of stuff - so yes, I'm aware the horizon is somewhat too centered!

I still kind of like it, despite the placement of the horizon, but I'll be interested in other peoples views.

Thanks for looking.
