Photographer's Note

One from the archives today. A shot of Leadenhall Market at the very height of the London Olympics in 2012. Located in the very heart of London's financial district and located on Gracechurch Street, it is one of the oldest markets in London dating back to the 14th century. The market was part of the Marathon Course during the Olympics, hence the bunting and flags. It has also been used as a film location and in video shoots, most famously I suppose, as an area of London in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
