Photographer's Note
Unusual for me, an image without people. Generally I am too busy people watching that I miss the graphic motifs. And I do enjoy viewing other TE members' graphically pleasing shots as my theme testifies.
Generally, I'm not sure that there is any artistic or reportage merit in simply photographing the art that others have created and won't usually critique such an image unless the photographer has been able to add something extra - added value, so to speak. Here I found a cute little scooter that I hope adds value.photographed in the Brick Lane area of London.

Hi Bev, a very clever shot with an interesting angle. I like the strong colours of the peach against the dark back ground. a very good note.. TFS Rich

Hello Bev,
Well, I guess you didn't paint that bright graffiti but you did add the scooter. Although I see no direct connection between the two, they go quite well together. I like little unassuming observations like this.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Bev,
Excellent artwork and well spotted position of this scooter, whose color is set off beautifully by the dark wall.

Hello Bev,
Une belle prise de vue, c'est bien observé.
Un décor qui anime la rue, mais on peut aussi passer à côté sans remarquer. Merci de partager cet instant.

Hi Bev,
I can imagine that you walk along with your camera, always looking for the "unexpected" view. This must have been an irresistable capture, there is indeed a very fine balance between the the unconnected items here. This is surely a fine picture and very unpretentious. I like your theme here too!
Kind regards

Hi Bev,
Very interesting shot, a combination between painting and real object, creating a strong graphical abstract, and strong illusion of scale. Good POV and composition, good choice of dark frame.

Good Morning Bev,
Not only do I like your shot, which captures the place and the scale beautifully, but I am intrigued by the artist who has a great skill and, I would think, a good sense of humour!
All the elements have importance in the overall effect.
Have a good day,
Bev :-)
Congratulations on reaching 4,000 points.

Hello Bev
An interesting scene is expertly captured with a good composition. Rendering of the black of building is exquisite.

surreal image with suitable elements!
i think you (or we) should get used to photos without people. when i read books about photography, i see that many great photographers have become famous with their "lifeless" photos. yet, i still do not find them "appealing" (however i still take and share sometimes...)
best wishes

Hi Bev,
You realy cannot go wrong witha Vespa in the frame - but, you have also worked to lift this shot above the ordinary. It is nicely combined with the artwork on the walls and the reflections are interesting and lend a slightly surreal touch to the frame. great shot, thanks, Iain
