Photographer's Note
Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you won't feel bored by trees and bluebells but I returned to Spring Wood, last week, on a day when the light was much better.
It is one of those places where you can really enjoy the whole woodland experience. The paths are many and varied and you are constantly seeing different aspects, no matter how often you visit.
I loved to include the f/g tree, with arms uplifted, as if in celebration of the day.
I will add a workshop revealing the carpet of blue.
I wish you a lovely Sunday, Bev :-)

Hello Bev,
Both photos show us a very nice scenery which is presented to us with excellent light and colours. The strange tree stand here like a kind of monument.
Looking at these photos I wonder what this forest sounded like. I expect there must have been some insects buzzing and hopefully some birds chirping. What about woodpeckers? I used to love their sounds in my childhood forests and our garden. I hear so little of that kind now in the city center.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hi Beverley,
A marvelous forest scene, yet another corner with bluebells.
Light and shadows beautifully mingling and there is a good view beyon the two trunks tree.
The WS is no-less beautiful picture.

Hi Bev,
The wideness of the area is creating depth. The point of view is showing the details of the trees and of the flowers. The light is enhancing the colors. A good way to enjoy nature. Have a nice day.

Hi Bev
Amazing place, full of atmosphere and so are your photos. You captured the magic of "forest bathing" here. I always think of it as a strange new term but looking at woodland like this I understand what it means!
Lucky you, wild garlic is another lovely plant to enjoy and photograph.
Have a nice Sunday

Hello Beverley,
I really like the play of light and shadows here in the woods, created by the larger trees and branches. You included this forked tree very well in the foreground and it looks great in the bright sunlight.

Hi Bev,the structure of the tree is also a large V as a sign of victory, it seems right to me to dedicate this metaphor to the final battle against Covid which, especially in your country, is in the final stages. Great details on the blue bluebells in both photos! Have a nice week and thanks,Luciano

Hello Bev,
Spring comes but once a year so another shot of the bluebells on the forest floor is welcome. The Y shape of the tree is well captured here. Tfs!

Hi Bev
This could be seen as a rude 2 fingered salute. A good detailed photo of the tree.
Cheers

Hello Beverley,
Good idea to use this two-armed tree in the foreground.
This creates a lot of depth in the photo.
I like the play of light and shadow on its trunk and also on the ground where the bluebells grow.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Bev,
trees can be so fascinating. And each one is different like people. They have their own history and experience.
The presence of bluebells adds another charming touch. I have yet to go out and explore the bluebell carpets but the weather is quite changeable recently with frequent rains which is discouraging me from going out for longer walks.
At least I can enjoy it in your photos.
Very well done,
M

BEV
a nice view of this big Y against the softness of the blue flowers, almost like a touch of blue mist above the soil.
take care
