Photographer's Note

Hello Everyone,

Today I am posting another farmhouse on the edge of the moorlands.

This house really is the exception to the rule! Whereas farmhouses are typically low structures with small windows, this is conspicuously tall with elongated windows! It is proud on a hillside, surrounded by a copse of trees which have a mossy, lichen covered nature, reminiscent of 'Sleeping Beauty': so very different from other buildings in the area.

Besides being interested in the, almost secret, building, I was also interested in the light and shadows surrounding it on this unusally sunny February day!

Many thanks for stopping by.
Please feel free to offer feedback on any aspect of the shot!
