Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

There are times when you feel lucky to have a home to which you can return, to have a warming drink and food.

As I walked the snowy lanes, I witnessed the sheep clearing the snow with their hooves to reveal the thin strands of grass. It is hard for animals in winter.

The farmers do go out with bales of hay to supplement the feed during very cold spells, a sensible precaution for most of these sheep will be pregnant.

At the top of the field, on the horizon, you will be able to see a house. This is not a farmhouse but a large house called 'Cemetery Lodge', the occupants of which were paid to maintain the adjacent Quaker Cemetery .

I will add a workshop here taken nearby.

Enjoy your day, Bev :-)
