Good Morning Everyone,

Around my area, there are stretches of wild moorland. They connect the very edge of Lancashire with North Yorkshire.

It is part of our country that still has a 'wildness' about it like Dartmoor or Exmoor. We don't have wild ponies but there are wild deer and, of course, the far less wild sheep.

From the higher points, on a clear day, the views are splendid. It was clear when I took this shot and Pendle Hill ( renown for its association with the Lancashire Witches) can be seen raising its head in the distance.
