Picture Perfect I would say..love the composition but what I don't understand is the context..what is in the background?It cannot be the flat lake..as the shadow kinda defies it..is it a natural shot? Would appreciate if you elaborated.

astounding work! a capture at 11pm with this result is commendable. that relection of the swan give the accent.
i wonder tho if that blot spot to the upper right means a dirty lens?.....:-(

Hi Marine, this is a nice one, a swan-set, not very common ! Rare to shoot swan at midnight, i like the softness and little blur, very poetic and quite romantic picture. Nice colors too.

Hello,

It is a non usual shot than this one. The lightning is very strange and built by an intermediate exposure time with a flash shot to freeze the bird. It let some shadows bringing a strange atmosphere.
The effect is interesting and it worked well for this photo.

Bonjour Marine,
vraiment original tous ces reflets des vaguelettes sur le plumage, je n'avais jamais vu tel effet, c'est la cause évidente de la réussite de cette magnifique photo. Comme beaucoup;, je ne comprends pas très bien l'arrière plan et l'ombre du cygne.
