Eerie snapshot of the old West Pier which burned down in 2003. this is a focal point for local photographers and we gather mostly at sundwon and wait for some low light and long exposure shots. i like the idea of separating the structure from the rest by blurring the background.

Great picture, Bogdan. Very impressive capture with good dof, lovely reflections. I also like the monochrome and near post-apocalyptic feel to this shot. Congrat's!

Hi Bogdan,

The combination of monochrome and foggy background does give an eerie feel to this photo. The pier looks like a skeleton. The reflections smoothed out by the long exposure also help give it a special character.
