Hello Jean,
A beautiful photo of the coastline here with those fantastic white cliffs and the smoother green fields on top of them. The composition is nicely balanced between water and land.

Hello Jean,
I was wondering if the driver of the yellow caterpillar had gone down to the beach to have a swim, but I see it was far too early in the season for that. But his vehicle is a good eye-catcher anyway, along with the red and white boats. But of course the by far most interesting feature is the beach as such below the steep white rocks covered with grass. This was taken from a very good angle and the light was perfect for a photo session.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Jean
A lovely clear, well composed shot. The figures on the beach about their various tasks adds interest.

Hello Jean,
Two splendid pictures of the wonderful coastline of Yorkshire.
I like your main photo the best with its boats and the people on the beach.
But the picture in the WS actually has the advantage that the white cliffs reflect the sunlight very strongly.
Best regards, Paul

Beautiful and impressive rocks shoreline from an elevated POV, Jean.
The yellow tractor and some people on the beach gave a superb scale to appreciate the size of the cliff across.
Have a nice new day,
Ike

Hi Jean
A good photo of this spectacular cliff line. I could imagine that launching those boats from the beach would be tricky at times.
cheers

Hi Jean
The yellow tractor and the red hulled boats on the beach at right add a terrific warm cold colour contrast with the blue sky and water. Tfs!

Hi Jean
Quite a breath taking view! You have exploited the available elements really well in almost diffuse flat lighting, inviting the eye to explore the whole depth of this shot. A well done shot

Hello Jean,
People always thing of the white cliffs in Sussex, but Yorkshire has its white cliffs, too!
Early April (in fact Fools' Day) probably explains why there are no swimmers or sunbathers on the beach! The mist over the sea adding more atmosphere.
I like this angle that you have chosen. I don't think I have ever seen it like this, with three repeating peaks of land nudging into the sea. It gives a pleasing effect.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Jean,
These cliffs are very dramatic, and very big! The people below look so tiny, and I'm glad they were included in the shot. I like all the natural colors, too. Take care!

Hi Jean,
This is quite a rugged coastline, with overhanging cliffs and caves. The lack of direct sunlight makes the photo a bit flat, but it also means the light is pretty even throughout so all the details show up. Looks like those boats have to wait for high tide to be launched.

Hello Jean,
I love Yorkshire. It is a long time I have been there but made some of the most beautiful memories of my life. Missing the salt in the air like hell. :-D Thanks for bringing it back to me.
Best regards and Happy Easter

Hi Jean,
Lovely view down to this little bay with a few colourful boats. Eroded cliffs look great. Often boats are move with old tractors. Fun to see a little bulldozer instead.

Hi Jean.
A wonderful image of the coast so green and jagged cliffs, which here leave space for this charming beach, which as I see in the photo is also the point of the boats to enter the sea, since they are at a distance from the top of the ramp, I suppose that caterpillar is to take them and take them from the edge of the sea. All very curious.
Very nice coloring, in some very attractive tones.
Optimal brightness management and superb sharpness.
Very well done. My congratulations.
All the best and have a good start to the week.
Luis.

Hi Jean,
I did visit the place with the aim of birwatching. I hoped to see the puffins there but they were rtaher hiding. The gannets were easier to spot.
Fantastic place for a walk in nature may be not today as the wind was very strong and cold but on a warm windless day.
Very well done,
M
