Photographer's Note
Taken whilst walking the coastal path behind Hartland Point, near Exmoor, North Devon. This walk is part of the dramatic South West Coast Path between Hartland Quay and Hartland Point.
I focussed on the near post using a relatively shallow Depth of Field, and spot metering, in order to capture the weathered texture of the wood, whilst throwing the rest of the image out of focus.
