This is the Jubilee Pool in Penzance. Its an outdoor swimming pool - used to be called a lido. I liked the colourful flags waving.

I think this is a great subject too Anne. But you've missed some impact. Something that says past days, English beach life, or something special.

Technically this is fine, and the flags do look good, but I think you need something to grab the attention?

The flat sky does not help (not that you can do too much about that).

So do I Anne, lovely colours to accent the quite monochromatic buildings and sky, 'tis a pity the sky was so grey though, worth going back another day!
