Photographer's Note

Today, we finally get to look at the exterior of this ancient church, we’re looking at the north wall, the oldest part of the church can be seen here, dating back to the Saxons when the village was known as Wareburghtune.

It’s said that during the Hundred Years’ war, Edward the Black Prince – Prince of Wales, cut branches from the tree I’m stood underneath to fashion bows and arrows.
