Photographer's Note
Interlaken is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The bright colours of the blue sky, the green fields, the white snowcapped mountains make for wonderful photographs bursting with colour.
But not the week I was there. The clouds hung low over the Brienzsee and the rain fell until we were soaked through. I guess that is why those fields are so green.
So I chose to show the darker side of Switzerland. The one without colours.

Hi Peter, we all hope for good weather when we are going out to take photos, nice blue skies etc. Bad weather though forces us to be more creative sometimes giving us a better outcome. Here you created a very dark and foreboding feeling which is very effective. well done. cheers, Steve
