Photographer's Note

Scanned from slide film, taken in 1991.

Inspired by Daniels (marabu61) mention of Ektachrome slides, I thought Id revive one more of mine to post. Of the cities Ive visited in Switzerland Id say that Fribourg is my favorite. As the city sits on an internal border, the languages of French, German and even a small percentage of Italian are spoken, making this a unique and diverse location.

The old town is without doubt one of the cities highlights and offers scenic views in just about every direction.. I could spend a great deal of time there enjoying the pure natural and man-made beauty!

I think it goes without saying that Ive surrendered image quality through the last week utilizing many old photos. I hope its reminded all that have viewed of their own travels and adventures, along with the advances in photography from years gone by. Im certainly not claiming to have made any ground breaking contributions, just a simple and fun look back. Thanks for the support, much appreciated!
