Photographer's Note

We are in the Sarine river, which by its meanders, splits the town of Fribourg in two parts. During nearly 15000 years, they patiently engraved the ground, offering to the man a wonderful site to build a city. The promontory we see is high about fifty meters and we are 120 meters lower than the top of the cathedral which is still visible...
