This is a bee beetle (Trichius fasciatus) which is quite common in the province of Uppland ion Sweden.The length is about 10-16 mm. The upperside of the elytra are normally yellow with blotches. The beetle is often seen on flowers such as thistle, meadow sweet, wild rose or like here on oxeye daisy. It eats pollen and larvae live in rotten wood, often in birch
