Photographer's Note

This is the 116 meters high top of a church in the centre of stockholm, just near Sergels Torg and the central station.
It was built 1509 upon the remains of a cloister from the beginning of the 13th century, and it has been through quite a lot of restorations due to a devastating fire 1751 where almost everything was destroyed.
A new tower was built 1884-86 and that made it the highest building in the city for the time.

The famous swedish poet Carl Michael Bellman has been buried on its cemetery since his death 1795.

Post processing: Crop, levels, resize, a bit more contrast and sharpening.
