Photographer's Note

Bornsjö is a lake 30km south of Stockholm in the municipality of Salem. It is the water reserv source for Stockholm. Which means that if the lake Mälar was polluted this smaller lake would be used to supply the entire city of Stockholm with drinking water. It is therefore protected: no bathing, no sailing, no fishing... It is the center for various environmental programs such as individual wastewater treatment systems, closely monitered fertiliser use on crops, monitoring of fosforus leakage, reintroduction of crayfish... I am no fishing specialist, but by the looks of these nets I would not be surprised if they were once used for crayfish. Now that the crayfish are protected the nets just decorate the side of an old cabin.

Check Macapuf's church of Salem which is actually "on" the lake Bornsjö

Changed brightness, contrast and sharpness in photoshop.
