Photographer's Note

ClaudeD and several other TE friends have shown us the light (especially sunset) of Costa de la Luz near Novo Sancti Petri in abundance.
But there is an old Sancti Petri.
This fishermen's village flowered in the last century and had the peak of its importance between 1940 and 1956. Tuna was caught using the almadraba method and processed in a factory around which the village with approx. 100 families was established.
Sancti Petri fell in ruins after being given up in the seventies, eventually became a training site for the spanish military and was later discovered by some artists. Since then, a slow redevelopment can be noticed.
