The Central Market in the city of Valencia is a modernist-style building was begun in 1914 by Francesco Guardi and Alexandre Vial i Soler i March.

It is one of the biggest markets in Europe.
Situated between the Market Square, next to the Silk Exchange and the square of the city of Bruges. Old Street Straw Market separates the Central de los Santos Juanes Church. On the opposite side, the Central Market gives beautiful Palafox streets, square and street in Gall Pumpkin.

Central Market sells all kinds of foods such as fish, seafood, fruits, meats and sausages for both domestic consumption and for supply to major restaurants in Valencia. Buying at this place is loaded with great charm by the beauty of its architecture and the tradition and history of the market.

The Central Market combines metal domes, glass, columns, the memory Gothic modernism, like a cathedral of commerce is involved, combining well with the nearby fish market merchants. In the center of the building we see a large dome topped by a weathervane.
