Photographer's Note

Hello friends and colleagues, today I propose another view of the Hotel Marques de Riscal, of the town of Elciego, designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry. I hope you like it, then some letters about the villa.
Elciego (in Basque Eltziego or Zieko1 and officially Elciego) is a municipality in the province of Alava, Basque Country (Spain).

Elciego's socio-economic system revolves around the world of wine, whether in viticulture, in elaboration or in emerging tourism that has been born linked to wine. In Elciego wine growers, small winery growers, family wineries with incipient dedication to aging, medium and large wineries coexist, offering all this set a wide range of styles ranging from the spoiled wines of the year or growers to the now famous wines of high expression

Of great tourist and economic relevance for the town, in relation to the culture of wine, it is the construction in the town of the unique Hotel Marqués de Riscal, annexed to the wineries of the same name, the work of Canadian architect Frank Gehry.
