Photographer's Note

Dalias is original of high valleys of nature I clay-silícea of Mexico. The name of “dahlia” that was given to him remembers to the botanist Andreas Dahl, student of Linnaeus. This plant was introduced in Europe by the Spaniards with the hope to use its fleshy roots with nourishing aims, since the Aztecs did, the plant as soon as it came near to that culinarias illusions. In this case this it is a unit of the pontevedra´s mountain (Galicia)
