Photographer's Note

Unsurprisingly, this street is called "Rúa dos arcos", that is "Street of the arches". It's situated next to the baroque church of Saint Bartholomew, whose wall is on the right of the photo.
This is Pontevedra old quarter, a calm and beautiful place with stone streets, XVII century palaces and cute lively squares. Most of these streets are for pedestrians only, which caused a commotion among neighbours and shops but is now a blessing for visitors and neighbours alike.
Wandering along these streets and having a beer in one of its many bars is a must, so don't even doubt if you ever go there.

As for postprocessing, I changed white balance to tungsten in Camera Raw, and in Photoshop I darkened mid tones through levels and converted to B&W adding a yellow filter. I'm not sure about the sharpening, as I feel it's not ok...

I've added a WS after playing with the photo.
Thanks for watching and for your comments!
