One more picture from this part of Spain.

We are here in the heart of "Sierra de Gata" where the fact that there are small mountains means that there is water and trees.

You can see wonderful olive-trees but they are not looked after anymore. One simple reason for this : the cost of having people to take the olives is more than the cost you can sell it...
Which means that only big farmers with a lot of cultures can rent people to look after olives...
