Photographer's Note

---------------------------------

The Plaça Major (Main Square) of Batea preserves a few interesting porches constructed in the XIIIth and XIVth century and is presided by the “Casa de la Vila” (Town hall).

This capture tries to catch the perspective of the square, and in background it is possible to see to the left side the dome of the baroque chapel of the “Mare de Déu del Portal” (name related to the former walls) constructed in the 18th century, and ahead it, to the right, the building of the Town hall.

The WS is another capture of the building of the Town hall, in a more closed angle.
