This is a very special photo.
It reminds me, when Jesus Christ came out the cave...
I took this photo at an escalator of the train station in Lleida. The strong light from above was very impressive.

Lleida (Standard Central Catalan pronounced [ˈʎejðə] or North-Western Catalan [ˈʎejðɛ]; Spanish Lérida [ˈleɾiða], though officially referred as Lleida) is a city in the west of Catalonia, Spain. It had 131.731 inhabitants as of 2008[update], including the attached municipalities of Raïmat and Sucs. It is the central city of the province of the same name.
Lleida is the capital city of the comarca (county) Segrià and the province that takes its name. Its economy is mostly based on commerce and services, being one of the most important population and economic inland centres in Catalonia.

Welcome to TE! This is an excellent composition. I've seen places like this in Denmark too, but never managed to see a way to capture them artistically. This is wonderful. It certainly gives on the feeling of coming into the light. I like all the lines that draw one's eyes into the light. Well done!

Although I don't feel the religious impact that you described, it's still a wonderful image. Perfect symmetry, wonderful interplay of shadows and highlights, fine graphism, good idea to present in monochrome. Nice work!

Hát igen! Nagyon hatásos ez az alsó perspektíva az erős fény felé a kitűnő szimmetriával és a falakről visszatükröződéssel. A F/F kiválóan mutat. Esetleg várhattál volna, hogy valaki belesétáljon a képbe, mert úgy még érdekesebb lenne a kompozíció és a címhez is jobban passzolna! (:
